Receiving an NDIS decision that you believe is wrong can be incredibly frustrating. You may have provided reports, assessments and evidence, only to receive a plan that does not appear to reflect your actual disability-related needs. For some participants, the next step may be to challenge the decision through the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART). The ART is the independent body that can review certain decisions made by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
